· Realizing that Nicole James Realty was not a very large or well known company, I was very surprised how well our expectations of "the new Realtor" on the block is just as good as the "larger more well known" agencies.

· When moving into the home on our final walk through, we did not have a stove or a microwave as promised. We paid extra to have the microwave and she (Tiffany) went over and beyond the call of duty to rectify this situation in a timely matter!

· I really admire Mrs. Richardson for the time she has spent with assisting me in finding a beautiful home she has so much patience with researching information, there were times I know she went above and beyond the expectation in a realtor

· When doors where closing in my face she (Tiffany) really encouraged me not to give up, and that she would hang in there with me until my dreams home was found.
